These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Peachly – Online Video Call app and services provided by LICENSEKEYZONE LLC. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years old. By using the app, you confirm you meet the age requirement.

2. Account Registration

You may register using email, Google, or Apple login. Keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Virtual Currency (“Coins”)

• Coins are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for real money
• They are only usable within the Peachly app
• All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law or store policy
• We reserve the right to change coin features or pricing

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app. Prohibited actions include:

• Illegal or fraudulent activity
• Harassment or abuse of other users
• Uploading harmful or infringing content
• Bypassing security measures or interfering with app functionality

5. Account Deletion, Blocking & Reporting

• You may delete your account anytime via the app
• You can block or report other users for violations
• We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations

6. Intellectual Property

All content and features in the app belong to LICENSEKEYZONE LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Use at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to your use of the app, including loss of data or virtual currency.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify LICENSEKEYZONE LLC against claims arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, especially if you violate these Terms.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app means you accept any updates.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Missoula County, Montana.
